Pledge Manager invites incoming!

Evening All,
As no further issues have cropped up from the Smoke Test earlier this week, I will be sending the invites to register for Pledge Manager in a few minutes.
Please do keep an eye out for the emails, and please do register as soon as you can once your invite arrives. If we can get the majority of backers registered and add-ons / address details confirmed over the next week or so, we'll be in good shape to finalise production numbers and start making my printers earn their keep! :-)
If you don't receive an invite, DM me and I can sort another for you. Equally, if you lose your invite or the link doesn't work for some reason, let me know and I can sort asap.

Any Further Smoke Test Issues?

Afternoon Everyone,
Just a quick request to ask if anyone that received the Smoke Test invite to BackerKit last week experienced any issues or spotted any mistakes? I managed to rapidly sort out missing the Netherlands out of the postage tables (sorry again Erikats!) - did anything else show up?
I'm planning to send invites to everyone who was not part of the Smoke Test this Friday evening. The delay is to allow some time for any further issues to be sent through to me, and also for me to resolve them. Sending invites on Friday evening UK time will also give you all the weekend to hopefully log in and register. Please do keep an eye out in your spam folders for the invite, as your browser might not recognise BackerKit and embedded links to 3rd party sites can easily get snagged! I will then monitor Pledge Manager with a view to locking backer details and finalising pledge details around the end of the month, to allow me to start production in earnest.
Hopefully that all makes sense guys - as always, any questions please just DM me and I'll resolve asap. Please also remember that the Pledge Manager / Pre-Order store is open to non-Kickstarter backers, so if you know anyone that missed the campaign and wants to jump in, you can send them the link and they can join us while the Pledge Manager remains open.

Smoke Test - Postage issue!

Well, we have Smoke Tests for a reason, and ours flushed out that I missed the Netherlands out of the postage calculation tables, meaning friend Erikcats was getting charged postage at Antarctica rates! Sorry about that Erik, hopefully issue has now been addressed (I have added the Netherlands into Euro Zone postage) - should be more appropriate now I hope!!
If anybody else has spotted an issue, please do let me know!

Pledge Manager Update

Hi Everyone,
I have now completed setting up Pledge Manager, and will be moving into what is called 'Smoke Testing' this weekend. What this means is that BackerKit will randomly select about 5 backers or so, and send you an invite to sign into the Pledge Manager and confirm your pledges / add any additional items. So please do keep an eye out for an invite email, and please do act on it if received - it will help make sure the fulfilment process advances as smoothly as possible by flushing out any errors or omissions in set-up before go-live.
Kickstarter has begun collecting your pledges, but they request that the go-live on Pledge Manager is delayed until 14 days after the main campaign closes, to make sure all monies are collected before moving to fulfilment. Assuming Smoke Testing works OK, that will mean that the Pledge Manager should be fully live circa 10th November, or sooner if all pledge monies have been collected successfully. In the meantime, I have begun production, and can share an early image of lots of our early-bird incentive mini, Geyser!
I have also started printing the core Orc team models, and will be pushing on with production at speed.
